Citigroup, Inc. and State
Street Corporation recently announced that they have entered into an agreement
to sell CitiStreet to ING Group. CitiStreet is the current Third-Party
Administrator for the Peach State Reserves Section 457 and 401(k) plans.
The Employees' Retirement System of Georgia looks forward to the continued
growth of Peach State Reserves as a retirement savings plan that offers
comprehensive services and investment products. The investment options offered
through Peach State Reserves are selected and monitored by the Employees'
Retirement System of Georgia. No change is anticipated in the investments or
